Refund policy
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products (including but not limited to templates, guides, reports, and courses) are final and non-refundable. Once you have gained access to the digital product or the download link has been provided, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We recommend reviewing the product description carefully before making a purchase.
2. SERVICES

Consultations & Strategy Sessions: Fees for scheduled consultations and one-time strategy sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Monthly Retainers & Project-Based Services: Payments for ongoing marketing services are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the termination clause specified in your specific Statement of Work (SOW).

Work Performed: No refunds will be issued for work already completed or hours already logged by the Scigrowth team.
3. EXCEPTIONS
We only replace or refund digital products if they are defective or corrupted due to our technical error. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us at info@scigrowth.com with your order details and a description of the problem.
4. CHARGEBACKS
By purchasing our Services or Digital Products, you agree to contact Scigrowth to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested and may result in the immediate termination of your access to our Services and Digital Products.
